Community Round at the People's Dance to the Sun

The Community Round is the first round of the People's Dance to the Sun. It is a time when the wider community can take part, even if they are not joining the full ceremony.

During this round, friends and family are welcome to be present and share in the experience, offering support and connection at the beginning of the Dance.

Holding the Question

Holding the Question is a way of listening instead of rushing for an answer. A person carries a question quietly in the heart, stays open, and allows insight to emerge in its own time. It is a practice of patience, trust, and receiving.

Medicine Name

A Medicine Name is a ceremonial name that reflects a person’s deeper nature and the gifts they bring to the world. It often uses symbols from nature, because in our understanding, humans and nature are deeply connected. The name may come through dreams, observation, or spiritual insight.

Medicine Walk

A Medicine Walk is a way of listening and connecting with nature. A person walks in silence while carrying a question or intention and stays open to what life may reveal. Nature can become a mirror that supports clarity, insight, and connection.

Medicine Way - Walking in Beauty

The Medicine Way is a way of living that focusses on staying in balance, being in harmony with life, supporting healing and peace.

A main prayer is: May all my thoughts be beautiful. May all my words be beautiful. May all my actions be beautiful, as I walk my life the beauty way.

Medicine Wheel

A Medicine Wheel is a sacred circle and an ancient wisdom map. It helps humans remember who we are and understand that all life is connected.

The Ehama community applies the ancient tool in order to see life more clearly, heal ourselves, and learn to live and work together with more peace, balance, and respect.
